Family Fun Day
When ?

Ride with your kids!
At last there’s a legal riding opportunity for the whole family to enjoy together.
The Trail and Enduro Club is running another Family Fun Day where parents and kids can ride together.
The Mornington Mills Camp is the ideal base for a weekend of fun for the whole family.
If you have entered the Honda Adventure Rally and want to ride with your family on the Saturday to make a weekend out of it,
why not do the Family Fun Day or the Riding Workshop as well?
Who can participate?
The day is structured to suit family groups wishing to ride as a family.
'A Grade' riders are not excluded but may find the format less than challenging.
We are unable to cater for quad bikes this year - two wheeled bikes only.
How will it run?
The Family Fun Day event is sanctioned by Motorcycling Western Australia as a recreational event.
The format will be very casual allowing degree of participation matching experience and stamina.
An array of trails within the camp will be signed allowing riders to explore the area and build skills and confidence over the day.
Here are some important details about the Family Fun Day:
Safety is a primary consideration and no aggressive riding will be tolerated.
First Aid will be available on-site, but you should ensure that you have full ambulance cover.
No dogs will be permitted within the Mornington Adventure Camp area</li>
Only riders entered in the event will be permitted to ride, and all directions of the organisers must be obeyed at all times.
Catering
Catering is available which includes Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and Sunday lunch - all prepared by
world renowned Chef Andy. Alternatively you are welcome to self cater for the weekend.
You can indicate if you want catered meals when you enter - payment will be on the day when ordering your meal(s).
Accommodation
Bring your base station, tent or swag - or - sleep in a dormitory bed at no additional cost.

What ?
For only $85 you can learn trail riding and bush tips. Gary Whittle will give you personal instruction on riding techniques,
motorcycle set-up and trail tips suitable for beginner and expert alike. This course is exceptional value!
This is a special offer to Adventure Rally participants only and will include a bed at Camp Mornington for Saturday night as well as a cooked dinner.

Honda Adventure Rally
When ?
Will be held on Sunday MAY 30th
What ?
This premier off road motorcycle event will be held on Sunday 30th May at Mornington Mills near Harvey. This is a non competitive trail ride. Riders will traverse two loops of approx. 60k’s each, one in the morning and the second in the afternoon with a lunch break in between.
The terrain will vary from gravel roads through to gentle winding single track through the bush.
The course will be able to be ridden by riders of all skill levels.
So start training now to build up that fitness level, great excuse to get down the gym, out walking/running or riding that push bike !
This year there will be “shortcuts” built into the course to allow riders to do shorter loops of approx. 30k’s.
Also an added "Enduro Loop" of approx. 15 km's for the more adventurous.
Friendly ever present sweep riders will follow the field around the course and will assist as required.
Ride with your friends, just stick together at the start and ride together or take the challenge alone.
After last years record attendance we are even more prepared this year to make the day flow well and raise the fun factor.
